Having a positive mindset will ensure you thrive and enable you to build a successful pathway to a brilliant and lucrative career.If you're looking to commence or continue building your real estate career and are seeking a company that offers a positive culture built on strong relationships in the fast-paced inner-city market, this role is for you.What are the benefits to you?Join and learn from Docklands #1 Real Estate agency.Consistent training, hands-on mentoring, and coaching.Access to top real estate coaches via on-demand and live sessions.Access to the latest industry technology.A strong, vibrant, and positive culture built for you to succeed.Our company vision is to welcome, grow, and train our new team member to be a commanding agent of their own.What are your responsibilities?Prospect for new property management listings.Perform listing presentations for prospective landlord clients.Perform rental property appraisals.Establish and maintain the agency database of prospective clients and key property management contacts.Ensure agency marketing materials are sent to and received by every prospective client.Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained.Attend to the signing of all new management agency documentation and check documentation for accuracy before being passed to the relevant Property Manager for further processing.Ensure every property has photos taken for advertising purposes.Oversee the establishment of the files for all new management listings obtained and personally verify their accuracy before being passed to the relevant Property Manager for further processing.Ensure all properties are advertised in accordance with the Management Agency Agreement and included in the agency Rental List.Obtain and provide all necessary property and client information for each new listing and provide it to the relevant Property Manager.Filing of business development documents.Follow company policies and procedures in full.Preparation of any letters, reports, and proposals.Attend all Department meetings.Attend all training sessions as directed by the Department Manager.Apply all procedures required of this role and fully participate in the creation of new procedures or in any review of existing procedures.The successful candidate will possess:A confident, naturally outgoing person with excellent communication skills.Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven.Someone who has a strong track record in sales, ideally in real estate or similar industries.Understanding of the current legislation and requirements.Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.Must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate and Valid Driver's License.If you're ready and excited to discuss this opportunity further, please send your resume and we'd love to speak with you.All applications will be handled in the strictest confidence, with only shortlisted candidates being contacted.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a business development manager?Have you completed a Real Estate Sales Representative course?
