The Role
We are seeking two motivated and disciplined Business Development Managers to join our Direct Sales team, based in Bundaberg.
These positions require strong sales and account management professionals with experience in a B2B environment.
As we continue to drive sales growth, your ability to hit targets, foster relationships, and provide excellent customer service will be essential for success.
In these roles, you will be responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets while nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
You will actively identify new business opportunities, develop tailored strategies for key accounts, and contribute to the overall achievement of RSEA's business strategy.

Key Responsibilities Deliver Growth: Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets by adhering to company policies and operational guidelines.Grow Sales and Margin: Nurture relationships with key clients, developing tailored plans to maximise sales opportunities and loyalty.New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and effective sales techniques.Onboarding New Clients: Create detailed onboarding plans for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive sales opportunities data within the RSEA National Pipeline database.Skills, Experience & Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years of successful direct sales experience or equivalent customer contact role, preferably in a B2B environment.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the PPE, workwear, or related industry is desirable but not essential.Sales Skills: Proven success in winning new business and achieving sales targets.Communication: Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and customers.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to resolving customer inquiries and discrepancies.What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.Performance-based incentives and bonuses for achieving sales targets.Professional development opportunities, including access to training programs and industry conferences.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Employee discounts across a wide range of RSEA products.Enjoy more personal time during the quieter Christmas period to spend with family and friends.How to Apply
