Auscomp Computers are a leading Australian Owned and Operated IT Distributor and Technology Integrator.
We have a focus building on building strong relationships with our customers to support the continued success of the local IT Channel. Our team sell and support a wide range of the latest technology from all the major vendors.
Auscomp are looking to expand the team and are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager.

The Role
This is a sales role focusing on new business development in the Education, Health and Commercial sectors.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting strategic expansion into the above markets.
Calling on your previous extensive experience in a similar role, your industry knowledge, your drive and energy, you will lead with your exemplary interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Grow, develop and maintain existing accounts.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Develop sales strategy for specified business area (partners/customer/industry).
Actively and personally develop appropriate customer relationships that will support the overall account.
Identify and influence decision makers, influencers and other stakeholders (internal and external).
Negotiate, shape, sell and close "deals" that meet customer expectations
Be accountable, exceed sales goals and financial target objectives
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks

Previous experience in a Business Development or Sales role.
A proven track record of B2B Sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business.
Excellent communications with a high level of emotional intelligence to intuitively understand customer’s needs.
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, the ability to influence, establish and maintain authentic and genuine relationships.
Excellent time management and planning skills.
Proficiency with MS Office suite of products.
Current Open Drivers Licence
Experience selling to education, health or commercial markets, building deals and business cases and moving through complex selling processes.
