Position Summary
As a vital member of our dynamic team, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence in China and Southeast Asia.
This role will require a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development.
The primary focus will include identifying new sales leads and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients to meet financial targets.
The individual will play a key role in generating new business, ensuring that all direct sales activities align with our overall sales strategies.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Business Management or equivalent is preferred Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role in luxury hotel/resort Competent computing skills (e.g.
Microsoft Office, CRM etc) Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
