The Business Development Manager role is pivotal in driving revenue growth whilst achieving profit targets for the "TRADER" brand amongst the Australian Electrical Wholesale and Electrical Contracting community.

This role reports to Colin Churton – NSW Regional Chief and is to be based in the Canberra Region.
Skills and Experience:A passion for sales success, winning, and high achievements.Unlimited energy, initiative, and self-starter who can work autonomously without daily supervision.A drive to satisfy customers and achieve a win-win as partners.Electrical or construction industry experience preferred, but not essential if you understand sales and customers particularly in the B2B environment.Ability to identify market opportunities and grow revenue is an advantage.Excellent commercial acumen is a bonus.Follow-through capabilities are essential.Polished communication and negotiation skills are helpful.Ability to multi-task with organization and attention to detail.Passion and energy to influence and drive the growth of the business.A competitive remuneration package (including car allowance) with significant incentives for exceptional performance will be offered to the successful candidate.
