About the role:
Due to growth, a newly created opportunity is now available for an experienced and motivated Business Development Lead to join the Head Office Team on a permanent full-time basis.
The Lead will be responsible for generating new client enquiries, nurturing leads, and guiding potential new clients through the intake, assessment and onboarding process. This position will initially focus on growth within our disability services portfolio but may extend to our aged care suite of services in time.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Communications & Engagement, your key responsibility will be to engage with the community to grow our disability business portfolio.
Based at our Head Office in Pennant Hills, there will be a frequent requirement for travel between CatholicCare sites across the Diocese (Central Coast, Northern Sydney and the Northern Beaches) and the wider community.

Key responsibilities:Driving new business in alignment with targets set in collaboration with Senior Leaders.Proactively engaging and collaborating with external stakeholders in the Disability/NDIS space to pipeline new business.Business development, revenue generation and service growth - identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in this portfolio.Converting new enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to transition clients into the relevant service.Networking with the broader industry to establish strong strategic partnerships and senior level relationships with key referral pathways including Support Coordinators, Government, Hospital and Health (with the goal to build a pipeline of quality leads and increase our client numbers).Working knowledge of Disability & NDIS supports.Identifying relevant opportunities to represent and promote CatholicCare's services to the sector at events, expos, conferences, at online forums etc.To be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience working in a similar role in Business Development, Client Engagement or Sales (ideally in the Social, Community or Disability/NDIS industry).Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.A collaborative approach and an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and service quality.Reliable, excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Technical knowledge of NDIS planning and assessments is desirable.Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software (ideally Salesforce but not essential).Why choose CatholicCare?
