The purpose of this roleis to have strategic and operational responsibility to deliver profitable growth within our Agency business.
Working closely with the Head of Partnering and Business Development, the role encompasses both internal and external stakeholder engagement, as part of a team responsible for leveraging existing association partnerships, acquiring new partnerships, focusing on growth and measured by sales results.
You will be responsible for:
Driving new client acquisition across targeted industry sectors, referral networks and sponsor / channel partner relationships
Build and manage existing relationships across targeted industry sectors, referral networks and sponsor / channel partners, focusing on driving whitespace and organic in addition to optimising relationships
Collaborate with strategic partnerships to develop and deliver robust partnership objectives
Leverage campaign strategy in line with GRM strategy to drive increased number of leads
Promote brand and client engagement
Manage consistent product utilisation (inclusive of facilities) and channel strategy where applicable
Promote product/service value propositions
Co-ordinate quarterly business reviews with key associations and sponsor partners
Ensure long term profitable revenue growth by measuring partnerships through maintenance of portfolio performance reporting
Deliver or exceed growth targets
About You?

Dip of Fin Services or other relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
Previous experience working within Insurance or Financial Services is highly regarded
