The roleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to provide administrative support and assistance to the Business Development team involved in casual mall leasing.
This role will be key in managing the creation of sales materials, coordinating media production and installations and supporting the team with debt reconciliation and compliance.
Your contributions will drive operational efficiency and help drive the ongoing growth and success of our pop up and media sales nationally.
What you will be doingCreating and maintaining a variety of sales materials, both online and offline, as well as assisting in developing sales proposals, ensuring quick response times and streamlined processes.Overseeing the media production and installation process, including obtaining quotes, managing artwork, securing approvals and handling purchase orders.Coordinating major brand activations, including design, display, photography, risk management, site access forms and bespoke bump-in packs.Providing coverage for Business Development Executives (BDEs) during periods of leave or unavailability, ensuring smooth handovers and continuity of operations.
This includes expanding site relationships, managing booking timelines, debt management and overseeing paperwork.Assisting with post-campaign reporting for major campaigns, including digital media reporting and other ad-hoc reports as required.Monitoring and managing debt reconciliations, providing administrative support, reporting and resolving payment-related issues.Setting up new clients and suppliers into the relevant systems, ensuring processes are followed, onboarding of new suppliers including troubleshooting account setups when required.What makes you stand outTo be successful in this role, you will need a background in administration focused role, within property, sales support or account management areas and have a strong attention to detail.
An independent thinker, you will have the ability to take the initiative and look at ways to continually improve process.
You are able to identify key priorities, manage multiple tasks and deliver initiatives within set timeframes and are able to build effective working relationships.
You will also need exceptional communication skills, sound Office computing skills and the ability to present to stakeholders.
This is a fast paced and hands-on role that will suit an administration generalist, with strong problem solving skills and who thrives in a dynamic environment.
