We're on the lookout for Business Banking Consultants in our Small Business Contact Centre.
Join our team at Heritage Lanes, nestled in the vibrant heart of Brisbane CBD.
As a Business Banking Consultant, you will wield the power to unravel complexity and make financial matters delightfully simple for our valued customers.
In this role, you will support customers via inbound calls with Business Banking enquiries, account openings and/or processes while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes.
What will your day look like? As a Business Banking Consultant, you will:
Respond to incoming calls from Business Banking customers Complete follow-up tasks that require Outbound calls to Business Banking customers Work within a quality driven and compliant environment Manage complaints within required timeframes, policy and procedures.
Collaborate across channels to meet customer needs.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Previous Banking customer service/sales experience (not mandatory) Experience within a contact centre environment or an operational/support role preferred.
High level computer literacy and navigation skills.
Experience in delivering high quality customer experience within required timeframes.
Demonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance overall performance across people, customer, and risk measures.
Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
Demonstrated ability to work as a supportive team member.
Committed to self-development and opportunities to increase capability in role.
Computer literacy and navigation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work within a compliance environment.
