About your new job
Reporting to the Management Accounting Manager, this role will provide commercial insight and financial expertise supporting the growth and strategy of this department of the NSW government.
Some of the key responsibilities assigned to this role include:
Analyse and report on business performance Prepare business cases and financial models as required Partner with other Finance business partners through analytical support and provide recommendations Provide advice and recommendations into the development of business systems and frameworks Provide analysis and support of priority projects Extract, manipulate, and collate data to be presented in a visual format Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
About You!
The successful candidate will closely resemble the following profile:
Years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or modelling roles CPA/CA Qualified Expert with MS Excel (Advanced level) with experience in building and developing financial models and dashboards Experience with BI and visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlikview) Highly motivated individual who can think autonomously and challenge the status quo, with a passion for work and ability to engage with stakeholders from various business areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
