Your role will be central to delivering large-scale transformation initiatives, spanning eCommerce development, CRM (Salesforce) enhancements, and other key projects. Using your deep understanding of the B2B Commercial business, you will leverage insights to create impactful solutions that support customers, staff, and partners across the product lifecycle. With a primary focus on eliciting business requirements, this cross-functional role will involve contributing to multiple stages of the execution pipeline.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assessing business roadmaps, identifying problems, opportunities, and the optimal solutions that align with business and customer requirementsWriting and contributing to artefacts that establish a shared understanding of business needs across teamsFacilitating requirement and design sessions with stakeholders to define solutions and ensure they deliver maximum valueProducing systems design artefacts, including integration plans, wireframes, process or workflow designs, and functional design documentsActing as a liaison between business teams, IT Delivery Squads, and vendors to ensure project alignment and overcome dependencies or risksMaintaining alignment with transformation goals while adapting to evolving business prioritiesProviding analytical and problem-solving support to vendors and internal IT teams to enhance solution qualitySupporting ongoing training and knowledge sharing across teams to enhance understanding of software development and solution designAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have:5+ years as a Business Analyst focused on digital transformation with a vendor platform (preferably in B2B)An ability to elicit requirements from both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, creating clear written and visual artefacts (e.g., customer journeys, user stories, business process maps)Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to solve complex problems within a cross-functional environmentAdvanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proficiency in handling complex information and aligning solutions to business needsKnowledge and experience with platforms such as Commerce Vision, Salesforce, and CMS platformsAn ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical colleaguesExperience conducting requirement and design sessions to define effective solutionsExperience working within a commercial eCommerce platform environment, ideally with exposure to CRM (Salesforce CTI/CISCO) and IT integration projectsTo ApplyIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
