Position Overview
The Business Analyst will focus on market research, analyzing trends in the e-commerce, consumer market, and logistics sectors. This role involves structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights, and providing clear recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, work effectively with diverse teams, and communicate insights to senior leadership. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position requiring creativity, intellectual curiosity, and a solid ability to collaborate in a flexible environment.

Market Research and InsightsProblem Solving and ActionData Synthesis and ReportingTeam CollaborationCommunicationConduct market research to provide insights for managerial teams, particularly related to e-commerce, consumer markets, and logistics sectors.Structure ambiguous problems and take proactive steps to develop and implement solutions.Analyze complex data and distill clear, actionable takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.Work effectively with diverse teams to arrive at the best solutions, driving organizational action and change.Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.Requirements
Education and ExperienceSkills & CompetenciesTechnical ProficiencyAnalytical and Quantitative SkillsCommunication SkillsAn undergraduate degree is required; a master's degree is a plus.At least 1+ years of relevant work experience post-graduation is preferred.Intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.Strong adaptability and the ability to collaborate in a flexible, dynamic environment.Proficiency in market, industry, and business analysis using tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics software.Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data.Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas in English both verbally and in writing.Benefits
