You'll capture essential requirements, co-design improved processes, and partner with teams to build solutions that impact our clients and community.What You'll Do:Redesign & Model Processes – Document current models, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the design of efficient target-state models for impactful solutions.Facilitate Workshops & Elicit Requirements – Conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights, balancing business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.Create & Evaluate Solutions – Develop project plans, assess solutions, and ensure each project aligns with MSWA's strategic goals.Support Data Transition – Manage data requirements, mapping, and migration for a seamless transition to new systems.Assist with Project Planning – Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to keep everything on track and impactful.Testing & Change Management – Participate in testing, stakeholder engagement, and support training to empower users with confidence.A Bit About You:You're an experienced Business Analyst with a proven background in transformation and process improvement. You bring a wealth of experience and are ready to make an impact.You are skilled in driving process improvements and business redesign, with experience collaborating with external partners. Your proficient in tools like Microsoft Visio, Miro, JIRA, and Confluence coupled with a formal Business Analysis certification (e.g., IIBA) and/or Lean Six Sigma for process improvement.Experience with Service Design/Blueprinting, understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, and knowledge of the not-for-profit/NDIS sector will give you the edge.And the benefits?As a not-for-profit organisation, we offer generous salary packaging options—currently up to $18,500 can be packaged to cover living expenses, mortgage payments, or car leasing, meaning you pay less tax on your income!
