About the role

Reporting into the Lead Business Analyst within the Build for Scale Charter. You are responsible for supporting the Bank's extensive change program designed to simplify, modernise, and digitise the bank that will make things better for our customers and our people. As a business analyst you will support the reshaping of how consumer lending origination, pricing and account processing is undertaken across the bank and involves the introduction of new business and technology capabilities that will align and streamline many of our key customer processes and technology platforms. Perform research and interviews and business workshops to determine business requirements Identify opportunities for re-use of existing capabilities in story delivery Assist the scrum master in running agile processes – backlog grooming, sprint planning, retros. Help the project meet schedule, business, and budget objectives Draft and distribute project communications or support Organisation Change management where necessary

To be successful in the role, you'll have:

Previous work experience in full systems development Business analysis experience including experience with Business Process Re-engineering / improvement techniques (e.g. TQM, Six Sigma, Lean). Demonstrated capabilities in the Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook) Solid knowledge of business objectives gained through deep analysis of process and business problems. Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building Proven ability to document requirements in Jira and Confluence Knowledge and understanding of banking products and solutions Banking, finance, accounting, or information technology industry experience
