Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) The Role We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst! We are looking for an exceptional BA to join an Australian organisation who are leaders in their industry. Your initial focus will be to analyse subcontractor costs, map out their processes, and identify areas for improvement. Your work will help streamline vendor onboarding, job allocation, and payment processes. Following this investigation, you will work on raising development tickets to address any gaps identified.  As the team grows and develop you will then move into other areas of the business supporting the IT team. You will bring solid BA experience together with strong stakeholder experience to the forefront. The project is waiting for the right person to join, and an immediate start is available. You will be rewarded with a permanent role and a salary of $120,000 - $140,000 + super depending on experience. Your new role will be based in Perth's inner suburbs, with onsite parking and the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week! Your Profile Your professional profile will consist of the following: -• Ideally 4+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst• Experience working in process mapping• Business Process Improvement experience• Change management experience• Cost analysis experience would be highly desirable• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills• Previous experience working in an Agile environment is advantageous Please note only candidates currently based in Perth, WA, can be considered for this role. Apply Today Want to know more?
