Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to bridge business needs and technical solutions. Use industry-standard techniques (BPMN 2.0, UML) for process, system, and data modeling. Define, prioritize, and elaborate on stakeholder requirements. Facilitate workshops, contribute to documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Skills and Experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and COTS software solution integration. Proficiency in business intelligence, data modeling, and workshop facilitation. Familiarity with agile methodologies and HR-related system development is highly desirable. How to Apply
