This position involves diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems, managing user requests, and ensuring smooth operation of applications. The role requires effective communication with end users and collaboration with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. This Position will also provide data reporting and analysis services for CEA's corporate enterprise systems.The role is responsible for:Provide Helpdesk / user support for core enterprise applications.Diagnose and resolve basic application problems, including troubleshooting application errors and performance issues escalating issues as required.Assist end users with application functionality, guide them through common procedures, and provide instructions for resolving minor issues.Design, generate, and maintain business intelligence reports based on business requirements and data sources.Assist with the implementation and testing of new/upgraded modules and functions within CEA's enterprise systems.Conduct day-to-day maintenance and administration of PRONTO.Tertiary qualifications in Business Information Systems and minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.Technical experience including: basic application development, enterprise systems and intermediate customer support skills.Understanding and / or experience of SQL query writing and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a small team with limited supervision.To be eligible for this position you must be:Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance - BaselineThe successful candidate MUST be able to obtain a clearance prior to commencement.How to applyClick on the 'Apply Now' button below.
