In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, designing and implementing CRM solutions, and providing support and training to end users.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics CRM, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience/exposure in the BFSI domain, including pricing, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for CRM projects.Analyse business processes and recommend CRM solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Experience with configuration of Dynamics CRM, along with broader experience/understanding of customisations & design in Dynamics CRM.Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of CRM systems.Work closely with developers and IT teams to implement and test CRM solutions.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CRM technology.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Dynamics CRM.Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM functionalities, configurations, and customization.Experience with CRM integration, data migration, and reporting tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for CRM technology, we would love to hear from you.Apply now to join our dynamic team and help drive our business forward with innovative CRM solutions.BenefitsWe offer you great opportunities within a dynamically growing consulting organization.
