You'll work directly with key stakeholders and vendors, managing requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring seamless data flows.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirements-gathering sessions, liaise with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment across the business.Conduct data mapping, identify inefficiencies, and enhance integration between systems such as CRM, GIS, and financial applications.Work closely with external vendors to ensure project deliverables are executed efficiently and meet project goals.Contribute to governance frameworks, manage project timelines, and support key deliverables across multiple projects.About You:5+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM implementation and system integrations.Strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and experience in project coordination and data mapping.Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, MS Excel, CRM systems, and integration platforms.Proven ability to manage expectations and foster productive relationships with both internal teams and vendors.If the above sounds like you please click "apply" to submit your CV.
