Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeWe are on the lookout for a Business Analysis Practice Manager to join our client's team in Melbourne, on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership role where you'll shape and guide the Business Analyst Practice to deliver impactful results. You will manage and elevate the Analysis function, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective resource management across projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead a best practice Centre of Excellence for business and process analysis.Develop and maintain operating models that drive efficient project outcomes and business benefits.Establish repeatable processes and artefacts for successful project delivery.Oversee capability development, ensuring core competencies and high service quality.Lead the planning and execution of new initiatives, managing team progress across operational and project initiatives.Inspire and support the development of Business Analysts (BAs) and Business Process Analysts (BPAs) teams.Key Skills Required:Excellent stakeholder engagement, business analysis management, and process modelling (BPMN) skills.Demonstrated experience in leading teams of BAs and BPAs, building and driving centres of excellence.A solid understanding of the SDLC, superannuation products, and systems.People leadership and change management, with expertise in recruitment and team development.Articulating business and technical requirements in both traditional and Agile methodologies.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
