About You

You will have (or be prepared to obtain) an NSW Working with Children's Check and National Criminal History Check.
About the Role
In the position of Business Trainee based in Wallsend, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting people on their journey to gain sustainable employment or education.
You will operate the busy reception desk for Joblink Plus, completing a range of tasks, including:

Answering phone calls, taking messages and directing calls
Greeting clients entering our site
Responding to or redirecting general queries
Data entry and record keeping
Collecting, distributing and posting of mail daily
Undertaking general administration and office duties
Assisting and supporting Consultants on site by completing duties as requested

Whilst working in this full-time role, you will undertake a traineeship, working towards the completion of a Certificate 4 or Diploma of Business or Community Services.
