The role is a Monday to Friday part-time position supporting our customers during peak periods in the morning and late afternoon averaging 30 hours per week.Main Duties And Responsibilities Will IncludeAnswering passenger questions about services, transport connections, how to get to local attractions and ticketing;Monitoring and ensuring Bus Services operate in a coordinated and orderly fashion in accordance with the approved Timetable;Ensure Bus Services connect with other Transperth Services in compliance with the approved Timetable;Driver support and assistance when requested;ConditionsUniform providedAbout YouMust have your own reliable transport and licence.Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.Ability to assess situations and make quick and practical decisions.Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.Skills, Qualifications & ExperienceFluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and clear telephone manner.Excellent knowledge of Metropolitan area and bus networks.Be able to obtain a Working with Children card.About Swan TransitIn partnership with Government, Swan Transit innovates, designs and delivers public transport solutions that attract passengers because they are easy to use, reliable, convenient and safe.
