Building Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Building Supervisor to join our close-knit team and take charge of managing a select portfolio of contracts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is skilled in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, maintaining timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, and effectively managing resources to deliver successful outcomes across our projects. You will be responsible for the supervision of suitably qualified groups of subcontractors to convert client's contract, schedules and plans into completed dwellings suitable to handover.
You will also be:
Hold a Builders Supervisors Licence Ensure that all work carried out on the client's building site complies with Government and Council approvals and rules, Australian Standards and BCA codes. Maintain a clean, safe and healthy workplace site. Have experience in a similar role and a good understanding of the residential build process, construction techniques and operational management. Exhibit exceptional time management and advanced organisational skills. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and keep track of competing priorities. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to relate well to people at all levels. Show problem-solving skills. Have strong computer skills with high proficiency in the MS Office Suite. Demonstrate proven business acumen and the ability to develop and monitor budgets and financial targets. Have experience managing risk and the ability to identify and mitigate risk through planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
