Duties and ResponsibilitiesManaging multiple jobs including trades and labourProgramming of works to meet minimum timeframesProblem solving and advising on appropriate solutionsKnowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirementsClose liaison between internal and external staff membersClose liaison with clients and relationship buildingSkills & ExperienceSound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and CovenantsDemonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervisedGood forward planning / programming / organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent professional and personal presentationFull unencumbered driver's licence (essential)With an attractive remuneration package on offer including a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone, this is an exciting opportunity to join Coral Homes.
