Building Coordinator / Contracts Administrator

Building Coordinator / Contracts Administrator Have you got experience working for a residential builder? We are looking for a super organised administrator to work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure that all the documentation and processes are followed. This is a varied role, which involves work before the job goes to site, right through to completion. There is no client liaison as the homes are built before sale, and they are the developer, so changes are more fluid with the build, so looking for someone that has great construction knowledge to be able to adapt to changes.
The role includes:
Using Onsite Companion Looking after the contract administration for subcontractors and suppliers, working with onsite supervisors. BA lodgements QBCC and QLeave payments Updating workflow records Uploading and checking construction documentation Travelling to site on occasion You will work closely with the other teams in the company, including drafting and estimating. This is a role in which you will have your finger on the pulse of all the jobs in the workflow.
This role is based in Southport with parking close by. It's working in the head office and looking after multiple sites.
We are interviewing now for this role, but the role will start in January 2025.
