Building Control Surveyor

Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, is currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis from their growing Leeds office.The ideal candidate will be a fully registered Building Control Surveyor or have applied to be, Yorkshire based with experience in the residential/commercial sector.Building Control Surveyor Position OverviewSurvey unsafe buildings, giving advice or approving their demolition.Write inspection reports and issue completion certificates.Involvement in a wide variety of work with plan checking, site inspections, and project management duties.Ensure projects run smoothly from inception to completion, whilst ensuring compliance with building regulations.Building Control Surveyor Position RequirementsPrior experience as a Building Control Surveyor in the residential/commercial sector.Fully registered or have applied to be (Level 2F or 3G).Open to level 2D/E in the North Yorkshire area.Degree qualified.Full or part qualified RICS or CABE.Building Control Surveyor Position RemunerationSalary: 45k - 65k (Guide only - DOE).Car allowance.Flexible working arrangement.Mileage cover.Holiday allowance.Pension scheme.Further benefits to be discussed.
