Your company Working with a highly successful national developer builder that bases it recruitment around cultural, skill and experience fit, I am currently seeking a Contracts Administrator for their site based team on a muti stage, high end, high rise residential apartment development on the Gold Coast.

They have a strong focus on staff retention and building teams that work collaboratively with themselves and with their subcontractors whilst still remaining focused on their desired company outcome.

Your job To be successful in this role you will have over 3 yrs experience as a Contracts Administrator on high rise residential and/or high rise commercial developments.
You will have been exposed to projects over $30m.
Candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate a proven track record of longevity with previous companies.
Your experience and Qualifications Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering tertiary qualification Experience in multi-story construction Confidence in your abilities to communicate with senior management and subcontractors alike Good stakeholder management and influence skills with the ability to motivate, drive and direct sub-contractors when negotiating with them Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team The ability to write a detailed scope of works and work with your existing relationships on the Gold Coast Intimate knowledge of Qld Construction legislation Strong working experience of construction specific programs like Jobpac, CHEOPS, Procore, Acconex Your Career In this company you will have room to grow and develop into an industry professional and be able to flourish within an ever-growing team.
