To accommodate our growing workload, we are seeking a Building Cadet to join our commercial team.

The duties of this role may include but are not limited to:Assist Project Managers and Administrators in preparation of tender packages and subcontract documentation, tender evaluations, progress payments, compilation of reports and processing of subcontractor and supplier claims;Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals;Assist in the preparation of Project Management Plans;Document Control;The ideal applicant will have:Passion for the construction industryStrong written and verbal communication skillsA positive attitude and ability to take initiativeA strong work ethicPlease apply within or email your CV directly to ****** with the subject 'Building Cadet'.
