We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Budget Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As a Budget Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining the budget process while supporting various departments in their financial planning needs. You will engage with stakeholders to gather and interpret financial data, assess operational costs, and provide insights to promote effective decision-making. Responsibilities Develop, prepare, and monitor the annual budget process Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and forecasts Collaborate with department heads to gather budgetary needs and insights Conduct financial reporting and variance analysis to inform management decisions Provide recommendations for cost control and resource allocation Ensure compliance with budgeting policies and procedures Assist in preparing budget presentations for senior management and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a Budget Analyst or similar role Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
