Brisbane - Procurement Specialist - Full-Time

Skip to content We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. The successful applicant will be able to identify and tap into direct supply channels from domestic and international markets and manage the supply chain life cycle from sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supplier performance management, risk management, category management and fulfilment. Primary duties and responsibilities:build high quality relationships with all internal stakeholdersIndividual stakeholder and vendor relationship management. Visit suppliers, stakeholders and sites as requiredAssist with supplier negotiations within delegation across multiple categories Undertake supply market research, competitor assessments, market and technology trendsProvide procurement support to the business in the authority for expenditure (AFE) process Adhere to individual category material change and sourcing programmesAssist in the development of an apply best practice systems for the supply chain including freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, courier management, inventory management, reporting, shipment tracking visibility and KPI's Assist with financial analysis and modelling; designing effective financials for tender documentation, post tender analysis, logistics cost and other cost and valuing modelling as required To be considered for these roles you must possess:Tertiary qualifications in business / commerce preferredMinimum 3 years procurement experience across multiple categories of spendPrevious experience in a corporate environment dealing with complex organisational structuresExperience in the hospitality industry particularly in remote locations an advantage About usListed on the New York Stock Exchange, Civeo is a leading global provider of workforce accommodation solutions.
