In this job you willReporting to the HR Manager in New South Wales, you will be part of a national team that works closely with our employees, management team and other important stakeholders.
You will play a key role in implementing our employee strategies that are directly linked to the global strategic vision and our plans to become the employer of choice.
In this role you need to be an excellent communicator, able to effectively work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will be required to liaise with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally you will be working in a hands-on HR capacity in your current role as well as have a proven track record of excellence within Human Resources.
Travel will be required across Brisbane suburbs and occasionally interstate.
Responsibilities Focus and support the QLD operations as a stand-alone QLD HR representativeResponsible for all HR activities including performance management, recruitment, HR reporting, inductionsEnsuring the successful implementation of the HR and Employee strategiesSupport to Business leaders on all HR/ER related mattersDevelopment and review of policiesLiaison with key internal and external stakeholdersSupport the roll out of local and regional programsYou have the following qualities & qualificationsExcellent written and verbal communicationDemonstrated experience in leading, influencing, managing and executing HR activitiesAU ER/IR KnowledgeExperience in managing employee disciplinary and grievance mattersExperience in EA negotiationsThe ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time5 years' experience in HR/ER with minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Business Partner roleWhat we offer A competitive salary packageA safe and professional environmentMonthly BBQ, lunches and fun team activitiesOpportunities for growth and developmentInclusive cultureGreat work/life balanceMultiple benefits and incentives throughout the yearEmployee Assistance Program #J-18808-Ljbffr
