Job Description As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional breakfast offerings to our guests, overseeing the breakfast kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
You'll have the opportunity to create delicious breakfast dishes, while mentoring and guiding junior staff to help them develop their skills.
This position offers hands-on experience in all aspects of breakfast service, including cooking, mise-en-place, and managing the cold larder.
Your expertise in preparation and cooking techniques will be essential as you lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment for a seamless breakfast service each day.
Qualifications Trade qualifications and prior experience in the hotel industry are preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety requirements.
Service-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well with team members at all levels.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
