Working with one of our most innovative and exciting brands within our healthcare nutrition portfolio, the Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the Souvenaid brand. Working closely with a Senior Brand Manager, you will co-develop the strategy & lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns and the optimization of marketing initiatives to maximise the potential of the Souvenaid brand. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Use in-depth knowledge of brand positioning and insights to execute brand plans and identify when and how to adjust to reflect marketplace dynamics, identifying the right segments and targets.Develop robust brand strategies based on consumer insights, observations, and commercial performance.Take ownership of the execution of the marketing calendar, including campaign brief development, creative & media plan evaluation, & continuous optimisation.Lead projects related to NPD and the innovation pipeline.Conduct monthly performance tracking for the brand.Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders as well as maintaining strong working relationships with external agencies.About YouThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & passionate marketer looking to manage a unique brand that truly makes a difference in the quality of life of its consumers.
You will have a natural commercial acumen with a positive outlook to create opportunities and drive brand performance.
You will nurture strong working relationships and have a passion for the product you are managing.
Ideally you will have: Minimum 2 years marketing experience preferably at Brand Manager level.Experience working within the FMCG, consumer or healthcare industry.Bachelor's degree in either Marketing or Business.Experience in project management of marketing activations & new product development.Great attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage & influence internal & external stakeholders.About UsAt Danone, we aim to inspire healthier and more sustainable eating and drinking practices, in line with our Vision - Danone, One Planet.
