The Role Our existing Brand Manager is relocating, so an opportunity now exists for an exceptional candidate to join our team in a full-time capacity as our next hands-on and creative Brand Manager.
We are seeking someone who: is outgoing and personable;is a problem-solver;can take charge and drive projects forward;can work dynamically and meet tight deadlines;possesses hands-on technical skills; andknows (or is willing to learn) the nuances of marketing legal services!If you are a person who enjoys striving for excellence and creating market-leading campaigns and events, then this role is for you! You will work closely with our Managing Director, Peta Gray, and Operations Manager, Adrianna Williamson, as well as with all of our staff in developing and implementing cohesive marketing strategies for each of the practice areas and Firms within the Group.
The role will involve: developing and implementing brand strategies that align with BLG's, EL's and DL's vision and objectives;conducting market research to identify and monitor trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences;managing the social channels for BLG, EL and DL (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), including content and graphics creation and scheduling of content;developing, implementing and monitoring paid ad campaigns across all platforms, including Google Ads;developing content and graphics for a wide range of marketing collateral (including print and digital advertising, brochures, cards, merchandise etc.);maintaining the websites and Google My Business listings for all group brands;providing guidance and assistance to staff in building their own personal brands;managing sponsorship and charitable activities for all group brands; andmeasuring and reporting on all relevant initiatives and campaigns.The candidate will also be assisting with the completion of new websites for all brands, over the first 6 - 12 months in the role.
