The Role Managing the local Rado team with dual reporting lines within Australia and to Switzerland, this role is responsible for all aspects of the Rado brand at strategic and operational levels for the Australasian market. The key focus is further developing the brand's Wholesale distribution base, introducing corporate Retail and increasing demand with local consumers. This challenging role involves business planning, achieving sales targets, financial management, marketing and public relations, inventory control, customer care and people management.
This role is based full time in our Richmond Head Office and involves regular local travel as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities Exhibit strong leadership and management skills to ensure your team of 6 reports remain highly motivated and perform at optimal level Personally oversee all Wholesale distribution achieving required sales targets, maximising range performance and ensuring routine replenishment Proactively identify new Wholesale distribution opportunities and improve Rado's representation in existing points-of-sale Responsibility for starting and managing corporate Retail Develop and execute marketing plans to support the brand strategy in collaboration with Marketing Specialist and Rado headquarters Oversee execution of all Wholesale and Retail display initiatives Responsibility for stock ordering and inventory control with Brand Coordinator Comprehensive understanding of Rado customer care guidelines/expectations with hands on support of Customer Care Coordinator Preparation and presentation of annual budgets, routine reporting and market updates to Rado headquarters Skills and Experience Extensive Wholesale sales and distribution experience essential Strong leadership and people management skills essential Proven experience achieving sales targets Excellent organisation and project management skills Excellent budget planning and cost management skills Excellent business and commercial acumen, numerical, financial and analytical skills Team player Energy, drive and enthusiasm Fashion industry and/or Swiss watch industry experience desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
