The Opportunity: Sales Associate As a Sales Associate at our flagship Sydney boutique, you will embody the values and heritage of Browns.
You will play a key role in delivering an unparalleled client experience, showcasing our exquisite creations, and building lasting relationships with our clientele.
Your Role and Impact: Provide an elevated, personalized client experience, sharing the story, heritage, and craftsmanship of our jewellery.Proactively engage with clients to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs, while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.Be an ambassador of our brand, reflecting our commitment to excellence and elegance in every client interaction.RequirementsTo Be a Perfect Fit: An undergraduate degree is preferred.Previous experience in sales or client services with a high standard of presentation, interpersonal skills, and grooming.Fluent in verbal and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.Why Join Us?
