We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage our Youth Employment and Training branch in Melbourne .
In this role, you will lead a team of Youth Coaches , dedicated to supporting young people aged 16–24 with complex challenges.
You will guide, mentor, and empower your team to deliver intensive, personalised support that connects disadvantaged youth with employment, training, and education opportunities.
About the Role As a Branch Manager , you will: Lead and support your team to deliver tailored services to young people, employers, and education providers.
Train and mentor staff , helping them engage effectively with participants to achieve long-term outcomes.
Drive performance by ensuring the branch exceeds its objectives and meets government KPIs and business targets.
Represent the organisation at networking and community events to build partnerships that benefit participants.
Build and nurture relationships with local employers and education providers to facilitate employment and training placements.
Implement innovative strategies and collaborate with Regional Management on best practices to enhance service delivery.
Create and deliver engaging activities that motivate and support young participants on their journey to employment.
Foster a welcoming, youth-friendly environment where young people feel heard, respected, and empowered.
