The role:
Welcome to the role of Branch Manager in our vibrant Port Hedland retail branch. You'll lead a dynamic team, championing exceptional customer service and fostering team development. Your days will blend strategic oversight of branch operations with hands-on leadership, ensuring smooth transactions and stellar service. From mentoring staff to optimizing processes, you'll create a welcoming banking experience that resonates with our coastal community. Embrace the challenge of balancing operational excellence with customer-centric solutions, all while enjoying the laid-back vibes that make our branch a cornerstone of beachfront banking.
What will my day look like?
Responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction. Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities. Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners; ensuring everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time. Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out by NAB remain in place across the branch. Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division. What you will bring:
Proven experience in management, with the ability to inspire and influence others. A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile. An ability to work collaboratively as a team and resilience, self-motivation, and energy to create our signature customer experience. A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. An appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers.
