Leading by example, you will support your team by motivating and coaching to deliver exceptional return to work outcomes. You will continue to develop your multidisciplinary team and provide encouragement in an inclusive and collaborative space. The successful candidate will have: Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing ; Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA ; Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance; Ideally previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation ; A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
