Our Branch Teams represent The Mutual Bank by offering in-person service to the communities we serve. Being a customer-owned mutual bank, our branch teams embody our core values of integrity, respect, and care.
As a Member Service Officer, you will deliver exceptional customer service to both members and internal customers of The Mutual Bank. You'll manage transactions and support customers with their day-to-day banking needs. Our unique approach involves building lasting and authentic relationships with our customers.
We currently have an exciting opening for a Member Service Officer located at our East Maitland Branch. About youTo be considered, we are looking for:
Experience in face-to-face customer service and banking is highly valued; retail or hospitality backgrounds will also be considered.High volume cash handling skills, with the ability to complete end of day balancing.Ability to learn products and services and confidently recommend them based on customer needs.Experience of working in line with policies and procedures.Good computer skills and able to navigate systems with ease.You thrive in a dynamic team setting but are self-driven and enjoy a fast-paced and changing environment.This is a full-time opportunity; workdays and hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm, and a minimum of one Saturday shift a month, from 8:45am to 12:15pm.
