About the Opportunity: Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing support to our Sales teams and performing branch administration duties.
This role will predominantly be supporting the Warrnambool branch; however, may provide support to Mortlake branch on an ad hoc basis.
The main responsibilities may include:
Assist the Branch Manager in identifying sales and cross-selling opportunitiesEnsure professional and prompt customer service is always providedAccounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receiptingAccounts receivable, debtor managementMaintenance of office suppliesMaintaining our finance accounts and identifying opportunitiesProcessing AP invoicingMaintaining safety processes within the branchAbout You: To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an administration-based role.
You have experience working in a busy environment and ideally have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
Excellent computer skills including SAP, Outlook, Word & Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quicklyA proactive approach to work and practical organisation skillsExcellent attention to detailEffective written and verbal communications skillsProblem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptlyAbility to identify ways to improve internal processesEffective time managementBenefits of working for us!
