We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Administrator for our client based in Karratha. The role present fantastic ongoing Contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Dedication to promote a safe and clean working environment that complies with the OHS and Welfare Act
Data and timesheet entry, general end to end office duties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound literacy, numeracy and computer skills
Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
Assist with airport pickups and drop offs
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs, such as Outlook, with proficiency and professional etiquette
Desirable Criteria:
Previous experience within service administrator role
Certificate III Business Administration
Auditing experience
Mechanical aptitude
Experience using SAP and DBS desirable
