On behalf of our client, a global luxury brand, we are very excited to be working on finding an accomplished Manager for their fast-paced Gold Coast boutique at Pacific Fair.
We are seeking a retailer who has solid business acumen, strong operations skill set, and the ability to create a world-class shopping environment. A strong product background in premium/luxury goods is an advantage, but most important is your ability to inspire and lead your team in a fun and positive way. Our client is one of the world's most exciting and sought-after brands.
This role reports into the National Retail Manager, and you will be accountable for a team of up to 8 in this dynamic and fast-paced store. The ability to deliver exceptional service while juggling the pace is important.
Skills and Experience Proven retail experience at management level, leading a team of 6+ Able to execute client development strategies and plans Exposure to driving sales, performance management, and succession planning for your team; best practice Operating within a global business, dealing with senior stakeholders and regional offices Luxury market knowledge; fashion, leather goods, and/or fine jewellery essential Salary on offer is up to $90,000 + super + excellent bonus structure. There is a very strong earning potential.
