Ensure that all ECOSURE standards and processes are completed on a daily basis, including filling out daily temperature logs, labelling and dating of items, and ensuring food storage areas are cleaned dailyApply 5 Diamond and 5 Star Service Standards at all timesQualifications Your experience and skills include: Creative and passionate about food and customer serviceAble to work in a high-pressure environmentKnife skillsAbility to do a variety of knife cuts consistently and preciselyAbility to read, understand and follow recipesAbility to read a prep list and determine the sequence of tasksAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficientlyAbility to listen and follow directions preciselyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team playerMust be Food Safe CertifiedA neat, well-groomed appearance as per hotel standardsMust be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidaysPrevious experience in a luxury hotel and restaurant environment is an assetCareer-minded with strong personal initiativePhysically fit to stand for long periods and lift 20kg regularlyAdditional Information Your team and working environment: Work with a diverse and passionate team dedicated to creating lasting impressions on our guests by providing award-winning foodVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
