Job Description:
As a Bookkeeper, you'll be instrumental in scaling up the company's financial operations. You'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using industry-leading software like Xero and MYOB, handle foreign currency transactions, and prepare critical financial reports. Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize daily bookkeeping processes using Xero and MYOB Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Handle complex foreign currency transactions and conversions Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and reports Collaborate with the team to scale up bookkeeping operations as the business grows Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Assist in financial analysis to support business decision-making Requirements:
Proven expertise with Xero and MYOB accounting software Advanced skills in Excel and financial data management Demonstrated experience in managing foreign currency transactions Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Adaptability and eagerness to grow with the company and take on new challenges IMPORTANT: For accounting-related, data/reports analysis jobs, please complete the EXCEL TEST as well.
