Our client are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper that will collaborate directly with clients. You will have a strong client-centric approach and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across a large and varied portfolio of clients.
The Role
The role will involve direct interaction with clients, including but not limited to:
Training clients on new systems and processes including add ons to utilise software Assisting with client queries Setting up new accounting files, including integration of data from other platforms Completion of bank reconciliations and BAS / IAS statements Ongoing day to day bookkeeping for existing clients Payroll processing and reconciliation including superannuation and RTWSA Reporting requirements based on individual client needs Managing creditors and debtor invoicing Processing end-of-period journal entries About You Previous experience providing bookkeeping services to multiple clients Sound knowledge of a wide range of accounting software programs including MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks Xero advisor and MYOB-certified Ability to work autonomously Ability to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines Excellent people skills and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Benefits Flexible working hours Outstanding work culture Career progression Ongoing training and support Parking on site
