Steam Power Control: Take charge of turbine and auxiliary equipment start-ups and shut-downs - keeping the plant's energy flow in check. Bagasse System Mastery: Manage the vital Bagasse system with precision, ensuring smooth, efficient operations at all times. Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Inspect, troubleshoot, and handle boiler and auxiliary systems, reporting abnormalities to make sure everything is running at its best! Stay Ahead of Safety: Actively contribute to health and safety standards, from risk assessments to job safety analyses and participation in site safety programs. Your Winning CombinationWe're looking for a hands-on leader with solid team management skills, sharp attention to detail, and a dedication to high-quality standards. Being able to stay focused and work well under pressure, especially during the bustling sugarcane crushing season, is key.
