Job Scope: We are looking for an experienced Bids and Proposals coordinator to manage our Bid and Tender processes by working with our close-knit and experienced team.
In doing so, you will take a business opportunity or Tender and produce a well-structured, complete, compelling proposal for straightforward shutdowns to more complex jobs like rebuilding a thickener or doing a bearing change on balance machines.
Your responsibilities: Coordinate and prioritize all stages of the tender to execution stage – ie; assessing information, organizing response material, maintaining databases, internal business development, submission, and proposal follow-up.
Development and publication of proposals, tenders, and other written documentation Liaising with various personnel within the business line, sales, engineering, supply, services, and project execution teams to collect information and provide required support.
Ensure company bid management procedures are followed and identify and correct any non-compliance.
What you bring: Preferred experience working in a mechanical/fabrication/cost estimate/service environment Experience working in the mining industry Experience in sales support, product, and proposal management Capability to network and coordinate client requirements/expectations High attention to detail and capable of working under tight deadlines Ability to build strong client relationships Willingness to travel to various client sites What we offer: Competitive remuneration package on offer.
