As a risk enabled organisation, we need to ensure that our people have the right skills, tools and processes to make sound data informed decisions.
The role of the BEN+ Organisational Capability Lead (12-month Contract) is critical to meet our enterprise-wide Risk goals. As a senior ambassador for BEN+ 3LOD Program, you will identify, develop, and implement Organisational Development (OD) strategies that sustainably build the risk capability of all Bank employees. You will be accountable for leadership & impact, stakeholder engagement, project management and change management, as well as analysis of the program's performance.

Identify, develop, and deliver OD strategies and solutions aligned to our evolving organisational needsManage the implementation and ongoing continuous improvement of OD strategies and solutionsProvide thought leadership on risk capability by keeping abreast of emerging trends, methodologies, tools, and techniquesDevelop strong relationships with senior leaders to promote awareness of and participation in design of solutionsDevelop effective relationships with external providers and leverage a partner-based approach to support our ability to design, develop and deliver solutionsEmploy an evidence-based approach, utilising research and data to make recommendations and implement improvementsWhat you'll bring to the role To be successful in the role you will have:
Extensive experience in OD within Financial Services is a critical requirementAs is a deep understanding of Operational Risk ManagementAdvanced skills in the pragmatic application of change and project managementComfortable delivering learning content to a range of audiences, virtually and face to face as neededTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related fieldThe ability to travel interstate and flexible working hours to meet the needs of the programJoin a small, dynamic team made up of subject matter experts with a diverse background of experiences to share, who trust each other to deliver, are empowered in their work, and importantly recognise and celebrate their wins frequently!
