The Opportunity:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in your territory, through hunting and securing new business opportunities across small to medium enterprises. You'll bring a genuine love of sales and a passion for producing results in a fast-paced new business environment. This role has an exponentially uncapped earning potential. Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. Meet sales targets in accordance with business metrics and targets. Build strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, gaining insight into their unique HR and WHS challenges. Leverage and showcase the value of Peninsula's services. About you:
You will be a sales professional with a passion for new business development and love the thrill of the chase. Industry experience is NOT needed, our sales team's expertise spans various industries, including Media, Waste Management, Solar/Energy, SaaS and Telco.
A self-motivated and highly driven individual who thrives in managing their own territory and exceeding sales targets. A proven track record as a business development manager or a structured sales environment, ideally within professional services. Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. A polished and professional individual. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience in using a Customer Relationship Management tool, such as Salesforce, preferred.
